Returns and Refund Policy

Return Request Period

After receiving an eligible item, you have 14 days to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be in the same condition in which you received it;
not have been worn or used;
include all original tags;
be contained in its original, intact, and sealed packaging;
be accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items – Hygienic Products

Pursuant to Article 59(1)(e) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), socks and intimate apparel cannot be returned once their original sealed packaging has been opened, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

Accordingly, the right of withdrawal does not apply to any product whose hygienic seal has been broken at the time of return.

We kindly ask you to verify the size and model before opening the package.

If you have any doubts, please contact us before opening the packaging at shop@depio.it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

products with opened sealed packaging (for hygiene reasons);
custom-made or personalized products;
promotional items or products purchased using gift vouchers.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to our error (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect product).

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

the product is defective or damaged;
you received the wrong item.

In these cases, return shipping costs will be borne by us.

Please contact giordano@depio.it, attaching photographs of both the product and its packaging.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain the desired product is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 and Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

Please note: this right does not apply to products supplied in sealed hygienic packaging that has been opened after delivery, pursuant to Article 59(1)(e) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires by sending an email to:
